Fantastic Stay!
smart fridge safe box huge shower
The room had a smart fridge and safe box. The shower was huge. It included different shower heads! The hotel is located near Union train station. This makes airport travel cheaper.
The heating system in my room was loud. It kept me awake unless I shut it off. Then, the room would get cold.

The hotel staff was helpful. They were friendly. They topped up the coffee machine and bottled water daily, so that was so useful to me.

Plant-based options were available for breakfast! The restaurant and bar also offered these options. The food quality impressed me very much .

Excellent Hotel Experience
smooth check-in helpful staff replenished coffee spacious shower
Check-in was smooth with a very helpful staff member. My room had a coffee machine that was replenished daily. Bottled water was also provided each day. The shower was spacious it included various shower heads.
The hotel breakfast had limited options included in the price. I was only offered one choice.

The room offered an iron a hairdryer robe and slippers. A smart fridge and a safe box were also included. The room was notably large and maintained super clean cleanliness .

The staff was friendly helpful and went beyond expectations. One housekeeping staff member kept the room in top condition . The team working at the hotel were helpful.

excessive noise useless offer
the staff generally seemed competent enough, doing what was required.
The noise from an event downstairs was excessive. I actually had to call at 10 pm. they offered me earplugs or a room change that late. i found it difficult to sleep until well after midnight. next time i will choose another lodging.

efficient check-in functional workspace modern fitness center complimentary coffee
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. my room had a functional workspace, complete with accessible power outlets. the fitness center features three treadmills and several weight machines. i also appreciated the complimentary coffee available each morning in the lobby.
i found the in-room safe a bit small, barely accommodating my laptop and a few documents.

the hotel's restaurant offered a variety of options, including simple, great-tasting dishes. breakfast included several choices, with one option included in my room rate. i found the coffee shop near the lobby to produce an excellent martini, a pleasant surprise after a long day.

every staff member i interacted with demonstrated kindness and a willingness to assist. the level of service definitely stood out, setting this hotel apart. a night manager was particularly helpful, offering solutions to my questions, i felt thankful.

the location was good beds were comfortable
i was disappointed the air vent in the bathroom was quite dusty my socks turned black after walking on the carpet also the windows were dirty it seemed a cleaning company had not visited in a while
